Description

Dr Ong works closely with the oculoplastic (eye) surgeons in performing endonasal (scarless) tear-duct bypass surgeries for excessive tearing. He also performs endoscopic orbital decompression and optic nerve decompression surgeries for thyroid eye conditions.

Examples of tear duct and eye conditions (co-managed with oculoplastic surgeons):

  • Excess tearing (epiphora)

  • Thyroid eye conditions, including exophthalmos (protruding eyes)

  • Optic nerve compression
